askAlistar™ · Aurora EDU Help
A field taxonomy of business knowledge.
Twelve learning domains. Each one a distinct specimen of entrepreneurial intelligence — classified, sequenced, and calibrated to your ENVI™ archetype. Not a course catalog. A cognitive field guide for founders.
Your module sequence is not fixed. ENVI assessment scores determine which specimens surface first, which get flagged for bias correction, and which unlock only after demonstrated cognitive development.
Each specimen below represents a distinct domain of entrepreneurial knowledge. Hover to read field observations. Click to expand catalog entry. Locked specimens unlock as your ENVI profile develops.
The systematic evaluation of arguments, evidence, and reasoning patterns under conditions of uncertainty and incomplete information.
The cognitive and emotional mechanisms underlying buyer decision-making, trust formation, and conversion behavior in commercial contexts.
Signal construction, audience cognition, and the science of building durable mental associations that drive preference and loyalty.
Unit economics, capital allocation logic, and the financial reasoning frameworks that separate sustainable ventures from well-funded failures.
The architecture of influence, motivation, and organizational coherence — including the leadership failure modes specific to each ENVI archetype.
The design and optimization of repeatable business processes — scaling what works without fragmenting what made it work in the first place.
The strategic and psychological dimensions of value exchange — including BATNA analysis, anchoring effects, and archetype-specific negotiation patterns.
Systematic identification, quantification, and mitigation of operational, financial, and strategic risk — calibrated to the risk tolerance patterns of each ENVI archetype.
The science of message construction, channel selection, and audience cognition — including written, verbal, and presentational communication under pressure.
The empirical study of how humans make choices under uncertainty — including heuristics, biases, and the structured frameworks that improve decision quality.
The cognitive, emotional, and social forces that drive purchasing decisions, loyalty formation, and churn — mapped to acquisition and retention strategy.
The long-range architecture of competitive positioning — including market entry logic, moat construction, and the strategic inflection points that define venture trajectories.
Enigma modules don't unlock by time served. They unlock by demonstrated cognitive development — tracked through your ENVI profile, simulation performance, and reflection completion.
Each locked domain requires minimum scores in correlated ENVI dimensions. Critical Thinking requires Cognitive Flexibility ≥ 65.
Genesis phase completions unlock specific Enigma domains. Funding phase clears Financial Literacy prerequisites.
Faculty-assigned reflections with minimum engagement scores unlock sequential domains. Quality, not quantity.
Enigma is not academic knowledge for its own sake. Every specimen in the taxonomy connects directly to a decision type that entrepreneurs face in the field. The connection is explicit, not assumed.
askAlistar™ is available throughout every Enigma module — not to summarize what you've read, but to pressure-test how you're applying it. It knows which specimen you're studying and which decision scenarios correlate with it.
Alistar doesn't confirm you understand the concept. It finds the edge of your understanding and pushes on it.
Enigma's domain structure is not invented. Each module is grounded in published research from cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, and entrepreneurship science — filtered through the lens of operational business experience.
The distinction between what academics study and what founders need is deliberate. Enigma translates both.
"Most entrepreneurship programs teach you to recognize business concepts.
Enigma trains you to apply them under pressure."
The twelve domains in Enigma are not independent. They are a system — each one feeding into the next, each one connecting back to the ENVI profile that defines your cognitive starting point. What you learn in Critical Thinking changes how you approach Decision Science. What you learn in Financial Literacy changes how you evaluate risk.
